CETCOMONARCH's Produced Water Treatment Systems epitomize performance, value, and quality by designing a series of patented technologies to handle what typically can be the most difficult water streams onshore or offshore. Through a unique licensing agreement with Monarch Separators, we have the “full trainâ€� requirement to treat produced water. The full train of produced water equipment is normally represented in three categories. These are Primary equipment (oil in water removal from 20,000ppm to 200-300ppm). These include corrugated plate separators and hydrocyclones. Secondary equipment (oil removal from 200-300ppm to 25-40ppm) and normally includes flotation technology which consists of both induced gas floatation (IGF) and dissolved gas flotation (DGF). Tertiary equipment (normally removing oil from 50-100ppm to <10ppm) is represented by both our Hi-Flow® coalescing filter and Crudesorb® (special formulation of organoclay).
